The widely known name Zarina Wahab is an Indian actress who has acted in various movies. She has won the heart of masses with her extremely appreciable acting skills and gorgeous looks.

ZARINA WAHAB EARLY LIFE

Zarina Wahab was born on 17^th July 1959 and belongs from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. She completed her schooling and college studies from there and then moved to FRII (Film and Television Institute of India) (Film and Television Institute of India) situated in Pune.

ZARINA WAHAB CAREER JOURNEY

After obtaining the degree of graduation from FTII Pune, she went to build up her career in acting. However, she got rejected by the famous director Raj Kapoor. Then she started working on her looks and skills and went to attend events and film parties and celebrations. While she was attending a similar party the director Basu Chatterjee noticed her for an upcoming movie.

The film was a blockbuster hit of the year 1976 and it was a big breakthrough for Zarina. She gained a lot of appreciation for her incredible performance. Later on, she got a chance to be a part of the movie ‘Agar’ with Amol Palekar and Vijayendra. Followed by this, she worked in Zajbaat, Swan Ko Aane Do with Raj Babbar. She has also acted in various south Indian movies based in Malayalam and Telugu. She has been a part of Bollywood industry for about twenty years and then she got married to Aditya Pancholi.

She comes back in 2004 after nine years with the movie Dil Mange More, in which she acted the role of Shagun in opposite to Shahid Kapoor. After that she did many more films such as Kisna, Jaane Hoga Kya, Prateeksha, Aagathan, My Name Is Khan, etc. Calendar was her comeback Malayalam Movie and then she worked in several other films. Her recent works including Agneepath, I, Me aur Main, Himmatwala and Club 60 while the south Indian movies include Vishwaroopam, Aaru Sundarimaarude Katha, Olipporu, etc. Her latest upcoming movie was ‘Dil Dhadhakne Do’.

Talking about her awards and achievements, she has been honored with many Filmfare awards for her brilliant performance in the number of movies. Along with movies she has also worked on small screen. Her shows including Maayka at Zee TV, Zaara Pyaar Ki Saugat, Yahaan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli, Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, Ek Kiran Roshni Ki, etc. She was also nominated for small screen awards but couldn’t able to make it.

She got hitched to Aditya Pancholi irrespective of the fact that he is six years younger than her. The couple is blessed with two kids- a daughter ‘Sana’ and a son ‘Sooraj’. Her son is soon to be seen in Bollywood. Zarina and Aditya had a very tough marriage since they have some personal issues like Aditya is hot-tempered and therefore they both remain in gossips for a long time. The couple got the limelight when the suicide case of Jiah Khan takes place as their son is being in living relationship with the girl and been arrested for many days.
